Why Bidline exists

My name is Melker Ahlquist and I run Bidline from Gothenburg. I have worked with social media and digital communication, and there I have seen how much better a company becomes when it has someone who takes care of the things it does not have time for itself.

Public procurement is one of the biggest business opportunities for small service companies, but the tender documents are long and a single missed requirement can get a bid rejected. Large companies have their own bid departments. A cleaning company with 20 employees usually has only the owner and a late evening.

That is why I started Bidline: to give smaller cleaning and property service companies the same support the large ones have, without having to hire anyone. We read the tender documents, state what is required and what is missing, and what you need to do next. You stay in control and make the decisions.

How we work

• You own the material we prepare for you.
• Nothing is sent to the contracting authority unless you send it yourself.
• We tell you if a tender is not worth bidding for.
• We never promise that you will win a contract.
