We can assess documentation for framework agreements and call-offs, including mini-competitions. We work from the mandatory requirements, desirable requirements and evaluation criteria applicable to the documents concerned. You are responsible for the final bid and for complying with applicable rules, such as the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU).
