1. Parties and scope

These terms apply between Ahlquist Productions AB, company registration number 559520-7423, Kungsportsavenyn 10, 411 36 Göteborg ("Bidline", "we"), and the business using the service ("Customer"). The service is intended exclusively for businesses. Consumer protection legislation therefore does not apply. Anyone accepting these terms confirms that they are authorised to represent the Customer.

2. Services

Free analysis: one (1) per company, covering a recommendation with reasons, the number of mandatory requirements, the three main risks with suggested next steps, and the bid deadline. Anbudsklar: a full requirements matrix with page references, an action list with templates, dates and risks, PDF and Excel exports, and a review meeting of approximately 30 minutes. Bidline reviews every analysis before delivery. The service uses AI as an aid.

3. Orders and delivery

An Anbudsklar order becomes binding when Bidline confirms it in writing. Delivery time runs from receipt of complete documents. The Customer must provide the documents well before the bid deadline; if they are provided fewer than five working days before the deadline, Bidline cannot guarantee delivery in time.

4. What Bidline is not responsible for

The analysis supports decision-making and does not replace the Customer’s own review of the procurement documents. Bidline does not guarantee qualification, a particular score or the award of a contract. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of its company information, its decisions, meeting deadlines and submitting its bid. Bidline never submits bids on the Customer’s behalf.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are stated on bidline.se and in the order confirmation, excluding VAT. Payment is by invoice, net 15 days. Late payments incur interest under the Swedish Interest Act, together with statutory reminder fees and late-payment compensation. Any special commitments, such as a credit if the Customer is dissatisfied, apply only if stated in the order confirmation.

6. Customer materials

The Customer is responsible for having the right to provide uploaded materials and ensuring that they contain no malicious code. The Customer must not upload personal data unnecessary for the analysis, such as CVs or personal identity numbers, or information subject to statutory confidentiality. Uploaded files are automatically checked for file type, size and format and stored privately. Malware scanning is temporarily disabled.

7. Intellectual property

The Customer retains all rights to its materials and may freely use delivered analyses, requirements matrices and templates in its own business. Bidline retains the rights to its methods, templates and software.

8. Confidentiality

Bidline treats Customer materials confidentially and uses them only to carry out the assignment. Materials are processed by Bidline’s subprocessors as described in the privacy policy. Confidentiality does not cover publicly available information, such as published procurement documents.

9. Personal data

When processing personal data in Customer materials, Bidline acts as the Customer’s processor under the Data Processing Agreement appendix (section 13 below). Otherwise, Bidline is the controller as described in the privacy policy.

10. Limitation of liability

Bidline’s total liability for an assignment is limited to the amount the Customer paid for it; liability for Free analysis is limited to SEK 0. Bidline is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost contracts or loss of data. These limitations do not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Claims must be made in writing within three months of delivery.

11. Force majeure

Bidline is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as subcontractor outages, government decisions or major operational disruptions.

12. Accounts and suspension

The Customer is responsible for its login credentials. Bidline may suspend accounts in cases of abuse, attempts to bypass Free analysis limits or breaches of these terms.

13. Data Processing Agreement (appendix)

(a) Bidline processes personal data in Customer materials only to deliver the analysis and under the Customer’s instructions as set out in these terms. (b) Categories: contact details of individuals mentioned in procurement documents and Customer materials. (c) Bidline ensures that anyone with access is bound by confidentiality and implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards (private storage, restricted access and encrypted transfer). (d) The Customer authorises Bidline to engage the subprocessors listed in the privacy policy; Bidline announces additional subprocessors on bidline.se at least 30 days in advance, and the Customer may object by ending the service. (e) Transfers to third countries take place only with a valid transfer mechanism under GDPR Chapter V, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. (f) Bidline assists the Customer with data subject requests and notifies the Customer of personal data breaches without undue delay. (g) Data is deleted 12 months after delivery, or earlier at the Customer’s request, unless required otherwise by law.

14. Changes

Bidline may amend these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the amendment.

15. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved by the ordinary courts, with Gothenburg District Court as the court of first instance.
